Zenko Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website and services (“Site”) to do the same. This policy outlines the process for submitting a copyright infringement notice in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) (17 U.S.C. §512).

1. Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you believe in good faith that content on the Zenko Digital website infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • Your full name and a physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered, provide a representative list.
  • Details to locate the infringing material (e.g., a direct link to the page containing the content).
  • Your contact information, including mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted work is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Please submit your notice to the Designated Copyright Agent below:

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
